HISTORY

The history of this house begins in 1962 when Victor Rossoni, the famous merchant from Trieste who in 1951 acquired the house Herschel de Minerbi in Corso Trieste in Italy to make it a modern shopping mall, which still bears his name, he decided to create the family residence on characteristic terraces overlooking the Gulf of Trieste.

The choice of this specific location stems both from a strategic position in relation to all the surrounding areas, from the castle of Duino Castle Miramare, from Prosecco in Santa Croce in Duino, destinations within walking distance on roads surrounded by beautiful walks in the woods, vineyards and vines, the other by the fact that this small stretch of the Gulf is particularly temperate and sheltered.

In 2013 the building was purchased and renovated and reinterpreted in a modern style by an entrepreneur and successful manager of fashion and luxury.
