Description

On sale there is a traditional 20th century italian stone-build house (fully refurbished in 2013), located in a typical rural village at the foothills of the Majella National Park mountains.
It’s a two-room fully furnished flat: on the first floor (accessible via an external short locked stair), you get a kitchen/dining room complete with fireplace and a sleeping room with bathroom. The terrace sports a lovely view over both the seaside and the mountains (Majella National Park, Orfento Valley, and more).
On the ground floor there are a cellar and a tavern room (these are only partially refurbished, though).
All the hydrotermal and electrical systems are brand new and fully compliant.
Air conditioning, external LPG tank and septic tank are also included.

The house is half an hour by car from Abruzzo Airport, a couple miles away from the highway and the most important local services. Furthermore, in close proximity there are the beautiful Caramanico village (with his famous spa and bathhouse), Pucci Lake (for recreational and sport fishing), and Passo Lanciano which is well-known for ski and climbing.

The seller has been the sole owner of the house ever.
